No Refund (Conditional)
The nature of our product; We provide you with a downloadable that contains the content of the product you purchased. It can then be unzipped/extracted/saved to your devices, and the items of that file will remain available for you to view on your device locally. We do not implement any DRM or anything similar to any of these files. Once you have them, they are yours to view. If you lost them, simply extract/unzip the archive once more.

You have unlimited access to the archive once you have downloaded them to your device. Thus, we cannot issue a refund once you have received the product. But if you encounter any issues with the archive, contact us and we'll spare our best effort to help you in any way we can.

If you have purchased a duplicate (buying the same product twice) be sure to contact us immediately and we will completely refund the duplicate purchase.
